Terms of Service

These terms are a starting template and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before you rely on them or start charging.

1. Who we are

Nikolife (the “Service”) is operated by Nikolife Health, registered in Ireland (CRO 780832), business address 36 Fennor Lodge, Slane, Co. Meath, C15 XK7E, Ireland (“Nikolife”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at nikolife.international@gmail.com. These terms govern your use of the Service at app.nikolifehealth.com.

2. What Nikolife is

Nikolife is an educational study and case-analysis assistant for classical homeopathy. It turns case notes into suggested repertory rubrics, ranks and differentiates remedies, and helps you study the materia medica, grounded in public-domain classical sources. Nikolife is education-first and strictly classical. It is not medical advice and not a diagnostic or prescribing tool — please read our Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Nikolife is intended for homeopathy students and practitioners and for people learning classical homeopathy.

4. Accounts and access

Some features may require an account or a paid subscription. You are responsible for keeping any access credentials secure and for the information you provide being accurate. You must not share paid access in a way not permitted by your plan.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the Service lawfully and for its intended educational purpose.
• Do not present the Service's output to any third party as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Do not copy, scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service, its curated dataset, or its content, except as allowed by law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

6. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Where paid plans are offered, current tiers are Home €6, Student €9 and Practitioner €19 per month. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

7. Right to cancel and refunds

As the Service is digital content supplied online, if you are an EU/EEA consumer you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which can end once you begin using the Service with your consent. We do not refund partial subscription periods except where required by law. Nothing here affects your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, the “Nikolife” brand, and our curated and annotated dataset (rubric structuring, remedy relationships, case-to-rubric mappings, annotations) are owned by Nikolife Health and protected by law, including EU database rights. The underlying classical source texts (Kent, Boericke, and similar) are in the public domain and owned by no one. You keep any rights in the case notes and text you enter.

9. Your content and case notes

You are responsible for the content you enter. Study mode and the prepared cases run in your browser; when you run free-text case analysis, your text is sent to our AI provider only to return matching rubrics and is not stored by us — see our Privacy Policy. Do not enter information you are not permitted to process, and do not enter more personal detail than needed.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, for education only. We do not warrant that its content is complete, accurate, or fit for any clinical purpose; it is built on a curated subset of the classical canon and may contain errors or omissions. See the Medical Disclaimer.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nikolife Health is not liable for any decision made, or action taken, using the Service, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms. If we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
